This is a public flower garden with a flower bed clock feature. The
pathways at outlined by low level halogen lighthouse lighting and the
clock is outlined with electroluminescent strips.
At the 3, 6, 9 and 12 positions there are open mouth fish in stone
from which water pulses are fire when the minute hand passes. The
pulse comes out of the mouth of the fish and in to the mouth of the
fish opposite. The mouths of the 2 fish are lit from the inside. It
fades in just before firing and fades out just after.
The clock faces is flood lit from above but colour mixing fixtures.
Two small speaks produce a stereo sound effect for the train and
the water suplses.

are also diameter lines that can be animated. |
