Delivery Policy
Deliveries can be arranged according to the purchaser's preference. If urgent we can arrange motorcycle/taxi couriers. Standard delivery is by next day courier or next day Post Office services within the UK. Overseas deliveries by arrangement - generally by worldwide couriers UPS, FedEx or DHL or by Post Office international services. All shipments are insured, guaranteed and sent at our risk. If any damage occurs in transit, we will fully reimburse or replace any of out products.
Refund / Return Policy
In the case of any purchaser's dissatisfaction with any of our products, providing that we are notified within 60 days of delivery, we will fully reimburse the purchaser upon return of the goods in question, providing that they are undamaged and have not been incorrectly used. In the case of download failure, software problems or software dissatisfaction, we will either correct the problem or we offer a full refund as an alternative.
Cancellation Policy
We will accept cancellation of orders for our standard products at any time up to despatch and if any payment has been made, we offer a full refund. If goods have been despatched, our Refund/Returns conditions will apply.
Privacy Policy
We will treat any of our customer's financial, personal and company details with absolute confidence. With regard to financial details such as credit or debit card numbers, we will not store these beyond the period of the transaction.
